In overall good conserved condition. The colour of the porcelain is slightly darker overall as is the gilt-bronze and more natural and attractive than in the catalogue photograph. There are old minor glue repairs to the right porcelain handle of the one on the right in photograph which are visible at the top and bottom of the handle where it joins the body. The gilt-bronze collar and rim to the base of both vases have lost their gilding. There is minor surface dirt on the detachable gilt-bronze bases and some very minor casting cracks and flaws and the tip of one acanthus leaf has been resoldered.
