This photograph is in generally excellent condition. In raking light, 2 small sharp creases, neither of which appears to break the emulsion, are visible in the lower left quadrant. The upper margin is slightly rippled.
On the reverse of the print are the following notations in pencil: '8-30,' '2,' 'H#21,' 'EHG. #248,' and 'A-145' [on a small white label].
