Condition

This print is in very good general condition. It has a fine dark chocolate tonality, the greys in a "neutral" tonality which is typical for salt prints from Blanquart-Evrard's "Imprimerie Photographique" (the illustration in the catalogue appears to have a sepia tonality which does not correspond to the tonality of the original print). With very light fading along the left edge and with a small discoloured area near the lower left corner. The card very slightly yellowed at the edges outside the photograph.
