Condition

The picture has a tight old relining. There is a small loss to the paint along the outer edge at lower right. Overall the picture is in quite favorable condition. Nice detailing and impasto in the sitter's red hair band. UV reveals a few retouches in the neck, bridge of the nose, and cheeks, as well as one in the right background. These are all applied quite subtly, and the picture should be OK to hang in it's current state. In a carved and gilt wood frame.
