The support consists of a single, stable panel with a slight convex bow. The paint surface is secure and in fair condition, although somewhat abraded in the Virgin’s robes. Inspection under UV light reveals some scattered retouchings, most notably in the skin tones. Offered in a parcel gilt frame in good condition.
