Condition

Both these works have been well preserved. The medium has remained strong and the colours bright. The sheet used for the Falcon Gentle has darkened a little and around the extreme edges there are areas where the paper has stained. These areas are hidden by the current mount. There is scattered minor foxing to both sheets. Neither work is laid down. For further information on this lot please contact Mark Griffith-Jones on 0207 293 5083 or mark.griffithjones@sothebys.com.
