Oil on canvas, lined. The picture surface is in generally good condition aside from a very fine, stable web of craquelure across the picture surface. Under UV light, there are some areas of inpainting along the upper edge, mainly at the center and extending right, as well as few small spots of inpainting in the ground beneath the table. There is inpainting to address a likely tear extending from right of the rightmost figure seated at the table to 1 1/2 inch from the far right edge and then down to the edge of the river bank. In overall fair condition.
