Condition

Oil on panel. An old piece of canvas has been glued to the back of the panel. There is some minor bowing of the panel evident at the upper and lower edges. Minor, very fine web of craquelure over the surface. Minor frame abrasions at the extreme edges. Under UV light, the varnish has been selectively cleaned; the majority of the lower third of the work is masked by a thick green varnish. A line and dot of newer inpainting visible along the right lower edges.
