Condition
Oil on beveled panel. Picture surface is in generally good condiiton with a clean, fresh varnish. Under UV light, there is an unevenly applied green-fluorescing varnish. There are older inpaints in the sitter's face and collar as well as some old strengthening to his costume; there are a few small spots of newer inpaint visible over the varnsih in the upper left corner.
