With their reverence for fine craftsmanship and profound interest in the manufacturing process, it followed that Jony and Marc would be drawn to the actual tools that make it possible for superbly designed objects to be realised. Designed by Switzerland's Petitpierre SA to honour the craft of watchmaking, the Tradition tool kit - housed in a Macassar ebony box - has been personally checked by master metrologist Boris Petitpierre. While Jony and Marc recognise that the unparalleled quality of this kit would make it coveted by watchmakers and enthusiasts alike, they are also captivated by the beauty of the objects themselves, and see in them a remarkable still life that pays homage to the tools of the trade.
