4to (225 x 165mm.), 155 leaves (of 156, without final blank), A-T8 V4, double column, 45 lines plus headline, gothic type, 4- to 6-line initials in red and blue with printed guides, red and blue paraphs, sixteenth-century South German blind-tooled calf over wooden boards with title lettered in gilt at head of upper cover, a few small wormholes, first leaf repaired, binding rubbed and rebacked, lacking both clasps
