60 cards (52 suit cards plus 8 explanatory cards), each 100 x 57mm., engraved (mostly text with a small vignette on each card), black and white trellis-pattern on versos (one explanatory card has the design in red), 13 mounted in a frame, the rest in a folder attached the back of the frame, occasional light foxing, without original pasteboard case
