2 volumes, 8vo (152 x 86mm.), woodcut anchor device on titles and verso of final leaf, nineteenth-century red morocco, Odyssey: quires 1-7 (not called for in UCLA) inserted between a2 and a3 (seemingly a different setting from the preliminaries found in the Iliad), 5ii and m7 cut at fore-edge affecting some letters, 7vii-viii stuck together, a3-4 torn without apparent loss, occasional soiling, upper cover detached, spine chipped at foot; Iliad: title cut down and remargined (and slight loss to text recto and verso), single wormhole in first quarter affecting some letters, head of spine with very slight chip
