Condition

Unexamined out of frame. The sheet appears laid down to the Artist's backboard, which has pin heads and very minor nicks visible in isolated areas to the extreme edges. The board is lifting slightly in the lower left corner. The sheet has very slightly cockled in the bottom left corner, and appears to be lifting slightly along the left edge and in the lower right corner. There are one or two very minor flecks and traces of slight surface matter visible upon very close inspection, but this excepting the work appears in very good overall condition. Ultraviolet light reveals an area of framing paint to the board along the upper left hand edge. Housed behind Perspex in a thick wooden frame, set within a linen-textured mount. Unexamined out of frame. Please telephone the department on +44 (0) 207 293 6424 if you have any questions regarding the present work.
