Catalogue Note
Plusieurs statuettes de ce modèle, avec quelques variantes, sont répertoriées. L’une est conservée au Metropolitan Museum de New York dans la collection Linsky (The Jack and Belle Linsky collection, 1984, n° 305). Une autre figurait dans l’ancienne collection Félix Doisteau (vente à Paris, les 18-19 juin 1928, lot 31), une troisième dans l’ancienne collection Karrick Riggs (vente Parke-Bernet à New York, les 7-8 février 1947, lot 322).
