Condition

This work is in good and sound condition overall. There is overall evidence of wear and handling, particularly to the base which also shows minor signs of oxidation. Variations in surface texture are inherent to the artist's working method. There are a few areas of craquelure which appear to have been consolidated, including the back right of the work, 9 inches from the base and on the left side, 10 inches from the base, and a few areas on the top surface of the work. There are what appear to be a few accretions scattered across the surface of the sculpture.
