Condition
The work has been executed on paper, later laid onto canvas. There are old signs of creasing across the surface and a horizontal crease runs along the upper edge.
UV light reveals an opaque varnish; there appear to be infillings to the areas of creasing.
Held in a gilt plaster frame.
