Condition

The canvas has been lined. There is a discoloured and very slightly raised area of the surface right of the central seated muscovy duck. The surface is dirty and should benefit from cleaning; otherwise in good overall condition. Ultraviolet light reveals an area of retouching to the above mentioned discoloured area and also a small area in the feathers of the muscovy above it, which may related to repaired tears. Held in a gilt plaster frame.
