Sapphire and diamond ring

Claw-set with a cut-cornered step-cut sapphire weighing 5.48 carats, between tapered baguette diamond shoulders, size 55.

Stamped 750 for 18 carat gold. According to the SSEF report, the sapphire measuring 10.52 x 8.81 x 6.55mm, weighing 5.48 carats, is of Kashmir origin with no indication of heating, blue of strong saturation; for further information please refer to the SSEF or Gübelin reports; minor inclusions visible under 10x magnification, clean to the naked eye, few scratches and nicks. Diamonds bright and lively. Signs of little wear to the metal. In good condition. Gross weight approximately 6 grams.
