The oval sapphire weighing 17.34 carats, set between shield-shaped diamonds, signed Missiaglia, size 57.
Condition
Stamped 585 for 14 carat gold. Signed Missiaglia. According to the SSEF report, the sapphire measures 16.71 x 12.23 x 8.96 mm and is blue of medium strong saturation; very few typical crystal inclusions, very good transparency, few scratches, chips and abrasions to the facet junctions and girdle; for further detail on the sapphire, please refer to the SSEF report. Diamonds bright and lively. Signs of little wear to the metal, consistent with use. In good condition.
