The brooch of bouquet design, set with polished turquoise and brilliant-cut diamonds, signed Van Cleef & Arpels, French assay and partial maker's marks; the ear clips similarly set, each signed VCA and numbered, French assay and maker's marks.
Condition
All stamped with French assay marks and 750 for 18 carat gold, ear clips also stamped with French assay marks for platinum. Brooch signed Van Cleef & Arpels, ear clips V.C.A., all with maker's marks, brooch numbered 89891, ear clips numbered 86374. Few turquoises showing a little matrix. Diamonds estimated to weigh a total of approximately 9.50 - 10.00 carats, on average of G-H colour and VS-SI clarity, as gauged and graded in mounting. One pin on brooch additionally secured with rotating safety catch. Signs of normal wear to the metal, scratches consistent with use, minor repair marks to the reverse of the brooch. In good condition.
