Set with a lapis lazuli heart accented with brilliant-cut diamonds, surmounted with a gold angel motif embellished with similarly-cut diamonds, signed Verdura, also fitted with pendant loop.

Condition
Brooch may also be worn as a pendant. Signed Verdura on brooch fitting and reverse of heart-shaped lapis lazuli. Lapis lazuli in good condition. Diamonds bright and lively. Normal signs of wear to the metal, few scratches consistent with use. In good condition.
