Description

Composed of three graduated rows of natural pearls measuring from approximately 3.1 to 10.2mm, to a clasp set with an oval diamond within a border of calibré-cut rubies and synthetic rubies, length of shortest row approximately 400mm.

Condition

Rubies of Burmese origin cannot be imported into the US. This piece may contain rubies of Burmese origin and therefore may not be able to be imported into the US. Certification of non-Burmese origin will be required before import of rubies into the US. Please see our Important Notices and contact the jewellery department for further information. Accompanied by Laboratoire Français de Gemmologie report no. 203815, stating that the pearls were found to be natural, saltwater. Stamped with French assay marks for 18 carat gold and platinum. Maker's mark on the tongue of the clasp. Rubies well matched in colour, few scratches and nicks. Diamond estimated to weigh approximately 1.50 carats, in our experts' opinion it is of I colour, SI clarity, few chips along the girdle. Pearls of light cream to yellow body colour, with pink and green overtones, few blemishes and growth marks, good lustre. Clasp secure, safety latch below. Signs of normal wear to the metal, scratches consistent with use. In good condition.
