Of bombé design, set to the centre with a cabochon sapphire within a surround of oval sapphires, size 52, signed MdV, Italian assay marks, pouch stamped Michele della Valle.
Condition
Stamped 750 for 18 carat gold. Sapphire cabochon of lighter blue colour than faceted sapphires, stones with typical crystal inclusions, few scratches, nicks and abrasions. Little signs of wear to the metal. In good condition.
