Description

The rectangular reeded case, the terminals decorated with rows of carré-cut sapphires, divided into two compartments, one for cigarettes, the other with a mirror, and compartments for lipstick and powder, dimensions approximately 147 x 57 x 12mm, signed Cartier Paris and numbered, French assay and maker's marks, fitted case stamped Cartier Paris.
Condition
Stamped with French assay marks and 750 for 18 carat gold. Signed Cartier Paris, Made in France and numbered 05150 and 66129. Sapphires well matched, of deep blue colour, few scratches and abrasions. Signs of normal wear to the metal, scratches consistent with use. In good condition.
Leather case slightly scuffed, numbered to interior 5150 and with paper label to the reverse numbered 5150, good condition.
