Ruby and diamond brooch

Of foliate design, set to the centre with a detachable pear-shaped diamond weighing 11.52 carats, accented with pear-shaped rubies, to leaf motifs pavé-set with brilliant-cut and baguette diamonds.

Rubies of Burmese origin cannot be imported into the US. This piece may contain rubies of Burmese origin and therefore may not be able to be imported into the US. Rubies with few crystal inclusions, very few scratches and nicks, one of more purplish-red than the other two; for further information please refer to the GGTL report. In our experts' opinion the detachable pear-shaped diamond is of L colour and SI1 clarity. Smaller diamonds estimated to weigh a total of approximately 20.00 - 22.00 carats, on average of G-H colour and VS-SI clarity, as gauged and graded in mounting. Little signs of wear to the metal. In good condition.
