Description
- natural pearl, diamond, gold
Each suspending on a drop-shaped natural pearl measuring approximately 8.51 - 9.18 x 12.91mm and 8.39 - 8.40 x 12.81mm respectively, to a stylised scroll surmount set with brilliant-cut diamonds, supporting tassels of seed pearls interspersed by diamond facetted beads, the diamonds altogether weighing approximately 12.30 carats, mounted in 18 karat white gold.
Condition
Colour and Clarity: According to SSEF reports, both drop-shaped pearls are natural, saltwater pearls. The grey pearl also does not show any indications of artificial colour modification. Please refer to the reports for details. In our opinion, one is of white and the other of medium grey colour, both with rosè overtone, very good lustre with minute to minor surface blemishes which are not noticeable to naked eyes. Other seed pearls are of various hues, from white, cream white, purplish pink, brownish pink, purple, pinkish brown, light to medium dark grey colour. These seed pearls are off-round to ovoid-shape, medium to very good lustre with minor blemishes. Diamond beads are about G to H colours, SI clarity. Other brilliant-cut diamonds on the earclips are probably of similar colour, VS clarity.
Condition: Vintage earclips, with signs of wear to the mounts, French assay marks, overall in good condition.
