Description

  • Jadeite plaques approximately 50.48 x 11.08 x 3.08mm to 8.46 x 6.90 x 3.15mm.
Of foliage design, set with fourteen carved jadeite plaques of translucent intense emerald green colour, decorated by swirls of diamonds and yellow diamonds together weighing approximately 6.40 carats, the rock crystal flowers embellished by tsavorite garnets together weighing approximately 7.20 carats, mounted in 18 karat white gold, detachable part with pendant hook fitting, signed 'KY'.

Condition

Colour and Clarity: According to Jadeite Jade Testing Certificate, the jadeite plaques are natural, Type A Jadeite Jade. Please refer to the report for details. In our opinion, the jadeite plaques have good translucency, bright, intense emerald green colour. Upon strong illumination, there are some brownish cloud inclusions, but generally not noticeable in normal lighting. Tsavorite garnets are medium to intense grass green colour, eye clean. Colourless diamonds are about F to G colours, VS clarity. Yellow diamonds are of vivid saturation, VS to SI clarity. Rock crystal are clear colour and clean to naked eyes. Signed "KY" to the back. Condition: Karat white gold mount, part of the brooch can be detached and worn separately as a pendant, in very good condition. IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please note that jadeite and rubies of Burmese origin and articles of jewellery containing jadeite or rubies of Burmese origin all less than 100 years old may not be imported into the US.
