Envoi autographe signé : "Au maître / à E. de Goncourt / son bien respectueux et dévoué / JK Huÿsmans". Et sous cet envoi, de la main d'Edmond de Goncourt et signé de ses initiales : "double remplacé par un papier Hollande et donné à Lucien Faucou".
