Association copy, from the library of Millard Fillmore and twice signed by him.The title-page and the verso of the front endpaper are both signed with Fillmore's acquisition date: "Millard Fillmore Jany. 26, 1867." Four other volumes from Fillmore's set of this series were sold in the Victor and Irene Murr Jacobs sale (Sotheby’s New York, 29 October 1996, lot 33).
