Condition
The paper is in fair condition. Over time it has become brittle probably from the adhesive/glue which was use in the mounting of the paper to the canvas. There are some surface abrasions and scratches as well as some small edge tears. Also, there are miscellaneous water stains. (This condition report has been prepared courtesy of Mary Kearns Paper Conservation.)
