oval form backplate centered with a portion plaque compartment and a single reversible plaque, crimped edges, with boldly embossed and chased flowers, supporting a projecting crown, hung with a later bell

missing two bells along bottom of shield, missing two bells from crown, spurious holes along lower edge of crown, portion plaque is not original and does not fit properly in compartment
