deeply chased with vertical panels of classical foliage between flat-chased swags, flower-spray finial with stones in centers, baluster handle, fitted with contemporary parchment scroll, in contemporary fitted leather case with lock

some stones missing from finial, otherwise good condition, crisp, excellent quality
