of cartouche form, chased with the Tablets supported by lions between two columns, all below a crowned spread eagle, the festivals indicated on revolving dial above an engraved cartouche, all surrounded by chased flowers and foliage with two birds at base
Condition
right-hand base corner re-soldered, tip of crown missing, two inscriptions removed from inside crown and top of lower cartouche
