Centring on a navette-shaped diamond within a scalloped surround of mixed-cut sapphires, accented with single-cut diamonds, size M.

Sapphires heavily abraded. Diamond measuring approximately 12.6 x 6.7 x 4.1 = 1.94 carats, estimated colour approximately L-M, estimated clarity approximately VS, graded within mount. Later replacement shank with fine abrasions consistent with age and wear. Good condition.
