Originally acquired in the 1960s, thence by descent

Condition

Wear and accretion overall. Inlaid stones intact and original. Some scuffing and flaking to cold gold at face and neck as visible in catalogue illustration. Some cracking at reverse from right and left shoulders to base, stable. Traces of polychromy at face and head. Slight bend to center crown element. Myrobalan and mongoose accoutrements separately cast and slightly loose. Original baseplate intact.
