Condition

Oil on unlined canvas. The canvas is of a very fine weave and somewhat slack on the stretcher. There is a bump in the center lower quarter of the work that extends approximately 8 inches. The picture surface is in generally good condition aside from a fine web of mainly horizontal craquelure. Under UV light, some of the pigments and glazes fluoresce but they do not appear to address any inpaints.
