Condition
This work is recto verso. Executed on cream wove paper with an embossed watermark, not laid down. The sheet is hinged to the mount at two points along the upper edge. The right edge is slightly irregular. There are two tiny nicks to the left edge of the sheet, a small flattened crease with an associated tear running across the lower right corner, and two small tears along the upper edge, towards the upper left corner, which are barely visible when framed. A close inspection reveals a faint flattened crease across the female figure's head. There is a rectangular area of discoloration in the lower right quadrant of the reverse of the sheet. Apart from some light time-staining, mostly along the edges and a few faint scattered spots of foxing, this work is in good condiion.
