Condition
Executed on cream wove paper, not laid down. The sheet is fixed to the overmount along the edges which are slightly irregular. On the reverse of the sheet there are faint stains from an old mount running across the corners. A close inspection reveals some very minor stable hairline shrinkage in the pale background pigment to the right of the vase and the edges of the petals of the pink flower in the lower left, a thin superficial scratch running diagonally across the stem of the blue flower and three tiny hairline craquelure in the lower right quadrant. Otherwise, apart from some light time-staining and faint scattered spots of foxing, this work is in overall very good condition.
