Condition

This work is in excellent condition. Canvas is unlined. Canvas is clean and colors are vibrant and fresh. Small disturbance to the paint layer in the uppermost fronts of the palm tree at left. Some very minor frame abraision at lower left edge and upper right edge. Under UV light no inpainting is apparent.
