Condition

This work is in very good condition. Polished gold patina. Work is affixed to a base at two points on the underside. A few tiny nicks to the surface.

Catalogue Note

The three other casts from the brass edition served as trophies for the International Short Film Festival in Tours from 1960 until 1962. They were awarded to Jean Herman for "Actua Tilt," Robert Enrico for "La Rivière du hibou" and Roman Polanski for "Les Mammifères."
