Condition
This work is in very good original condition. Executed on brown wove paper, not laid down. There is a slight undulation to the sheet and an artist's pinhole in the center of the upper edge. The left part of the upper edge appears to be coming away from the mount. A close inspection reveals a small (0.3 cm²) nick to the surface of the sheet with an associated tiny spot of paint-loss towards the upper right corner and some shrinkage in the pink pigment of the eagle-chicks' bodies. There is a flattened crease along the left part of the upper edge and two tiny faint flattened creases to the upper part of the left edge.
