Condition

Overall this ink and crayon on paper is in good and stable condition without signs of tears or paper losses. Two slight vertical crease dividing the sheet into thirds indicate this drawing was likely sent as a letter, as the inscription indicates. Visually, aside from very faint foxing spots on the verso, the paper is clean and free of staining. Slight fading of the red crayon due to light exposure is apparent, but the other crayon colors and ink inscription are strong and well preserved.
