Condition
The board onto which the work is laid, is slightly bowed. All four edges are taped and there is some light frame rubbing to parts of all four edges. There is a thick varnish through which the UV light cannot fully penetrate, but UV examination does reveal a few small retouchings in places, including ones to the upper and lower right corners, and one very thin line to her nose. There are some fine lines of craquelure in places. Otherwise this work is in overall good condition.
Colours: overall fairly accurate in the printed catalogue, though the flesh tones are slightly less pink in the original.
