Condition
The canvas is not lined. There is a thick layer of varnish through which the UV light cannot fully penetrate. UV examination does however reveal some scattered small spots and fine lines of retouching. There are some fine lines of craquelure in places. Otherwise this work is in overall good condition.
Colours: overall fairly accurate though the contrasts are slightly less defined in the original.
