Condition
The canvas is not lined. UV examination reveals a few scattered small spots of retouching to the background of the sky, one towards the centre of the lower edge and an approximately 2 by 2cm. area to the centre of the lower left quadrant. There are some extremely fine lines of vertical craquelure in places. Otherwise, this work is in overall very good condition.
Colours: overall fairly accurate in the printed catalogue.
