Condition
The canvas is not lined. There is a thick varnish through which the UV light cannot fully penetrate. This work is in overall very good condition and there is a lovely rich impasto surface to the bushes along the water.
Colours: fairly accurate in the printed catalogue, though overall slightly brighter in the original.
