Sale: Sotheby's, Munich, 13th December 1989, lot 58
Purchased at the above sale by the present owner

Condition

Executed on cream laid paper, not laid down, hinged to the mount at the upper two corners and floating in the frame. All four edges are very slightly uneven and there is some light time staining due to previous framing. The sheet is very gently undulating in places. Otherwise, this work is in overall very good condition. Colours: fairly accurate in the printed catalogue, though overall fresher and brighter in the original.
