Condition
The canvas is not lined. UV examination reveals a small line of retouching to the centre of the extreme left edge. There are several tiny pock marks to the centre of the sky and a faint vertical stretcher bar mark. There appears to be overall surface dirt and this work would benefit from a light surface clean. Otherwise, this work is in overall very good condition.
Colours: fairly accurate in the printed catalogue, though overall slightly fresher in the original.
