Condition
Executed on tracing paper, not laid down, hinged to the mount in three places along the upper edge and attached at the lower part of the left edge and at the centre of the lower edge. There are two small tears (2cm. and 1cm. long) to the lower part of the mother's veil, a 1.5cm long tear to the right part of the extreme lower edge and a further few tiny tears to the extreme right edge (not visible when framed). The edges are slightly unevenly cut and there are a few minor creases to the corners and one larger diagonal crease to the lower left quadrant. There are some very gentle undulations to the left and right edges. Otherwise, this work is in overall fairly good condition.
Colours: overall fairly accurate in the printed catalogue, though the paper tone is slightly less pink in the original.
